You Can Change Your Life

One of the main challenges I have had over the years since first beginning to try to share this work with others, has been finding a way to describe what this is, in a way that people will respond to. I am still looking for ways to communicate what this is about, in ways that people will relate to.  One of the first things I tried, about twenty years ago, was to describe the emotions, perceptions and beliefs that I have found to be the fundamental elements involved, as types of energies. I had the idea that if we described these subconscious patterns as energies, it might make sense to describe the process as clearing these unwanted energies. One of the first promotional pieces I put together was an attempt to describe this as a way of clearing the energies that are responsible for what I am currently calling, unwanted subconscious patterns.  As I began setting up my facebook page, Transforming Consciousness as a venue, https://www.facebook.com/transformconsciousness as yet another attempt to try and find a way to explain what these unwanted patterns are all about, I thought I might share this old version of a “sales pitch”.

You can Change Your Life

Wholistic Transformation – A Self-directed approach to releasing and clearing the patterns in consciousness that cause unwanted issues.

Life is energy, in many different forms. Just as heat from a fire, Television waves that travel through the air, and light from the sun are all different forms of energy, the spirit that fills our body with life is also composed of many forms of energy. Thoughts and feelings are forms of energy, and consciousness itself is a form of energy.

Our thoughts, feelings and perceptions are the characteristic energies of our mind, emotions and spirit, and when combined together they form Belief Structures. A belief structure can be anything that we have decided is true. And our belief structures are also a form of energy.

Energy attracts other energies that have similar qualities. The energies that we produce in our life through our thoughts, emotions and belief structures go out into the universe and attract similar energies, and life becomes a reflection, or a representation of the energies that we produce through our thoughts, feelings and belief structures.

Just as the consciously produced thoughts, feelings and beliefs affect the way life shows up, the subconscious thoughts, feelings and beliefs also affect how life shows up. In fact, the subconscious has the ability to not only affect our emotions, behavior and actions, influencing the thoughts and feelings we have consciously, but it can also interact with the universe in amazing ways and actually cause the way one’s life occurs. Just as Television programs travel through the air and show up on our Television set, our subconscious “programs” travel out into the universe and “show up” on our own TV set called “life.”

We form our Fundamental Belief Systems (about who we are, what the world is all about, as well as all our views and perceptions about life) during the first few years of childhood. The events that we experience in early childhood affect the perceptions and belief systems that we create and are then stored in the subconscious. These perceptions and belief systems become the basis for everything about our life. We are usually not aware of what those belief structures are.

When the belief systems have been formed and established in the subconscious, the subconscious then takes these belief structures as instructions or directions for one’s life, and goes about collaborating with the universe to provide experiences that correspond to those belief structures. Rather like the operating system on a computer executes the instructions in a program, regardless of whether the results are beneficial or destructive.

Everything that appears in our life is a representation of something that was created and established in the fundamental belief systems during early childhood and remains hidden in the subconscious.

If the thoughts, perceptions and belief structures are positive, empowering, and work well with the way the world operates, then all is good; that person will thrive in life and be happy and well adjusted.

But, on the other hand, if the thoughts, perceptions and belief structures are not so empowering, if the perceptions and beliefs that were formed through the eyes of a two year old,  are negative or limiting, or charged with negative emotions and upset, those structures become stuck in the consciousness. The subconscious then takes the negative perceptions and beliefs as the directions and instructions for the experiences that need to be created, and goes about producing experiences that correspond to those perceptions and beliefs.

I call these formations of consciousness “consciousness structures.” These structures are formed when negatively charged emotions (such as fear, shame or guilt resulting from an upset) combine with negative or limiting perceptions and beliefs that have been established in the subconscious. These belief structures are the true cause of an endless variety of phenomenon commonly referred to as “issues.” These structures of negative energies that have gotten stuck in the consciousness field, or auric field, are also referred to as “energy blocks” or “blockages” that block the energy flow; they block the manifestation of one’s wishes into reality; and they block the expression of spirit – the true self.

Negative or limiting consciousness structures that produce “issues” can take any number of forms and can show up in an endless variety of ways. They can range from subtle common forms such as “old tapes” or negative “self-talk,” inhibitions, procrastination, self-sabotage, or low self-esteem, to recurring patterns of drama, “getting one’s buttons pushed,” being easily upset, “flying off the handle,” irrational reactions, or being prone to “blowing up.” They can also produce more significant issues such as fears, phobias, depression, anxiety, unwanted behavior patterns, compulsive or obsessive behaviors, relationship issues, career matters, or addictive tendencies. Sometimes they can show up as seemingly unrelated events like recurring patterns of accidents, breakdowns, obstacles, losing things, or getting lost. These are all products of consciousness structures. Can you think of a pattern or an issue that seems to recur in your life experience?

All the experiences that show up in one’s life, whether subtle or dramatic, are being produced as a result of the thoughts, emotions and beliefs that have formed structures in the consciousness.

Our creator has placed us in an environment that provides us with circumstances and experiences that correspond to our own consciousness. The feelings, thoughts and beliefs that are deep within our consciousness, which we are often unaware of, actually produce the conditions we experience.

The universe provides us with circumstances that are a demonstration of something within ourselves, often referred to as a reflection of something about ourselves. What the universe reflects to us is the product of the emotions, thoughts, perceptions and beliefs that have formed structures within the consciousness.

These recurring patterns of drama, confusion, chaos, and adversity may show up in our lives, but we are not merely victims of circumstances beyond our control. The universe is trying to show us something about ourselves, and the circumstances that show up are a demonstration of something that is within ourselves.

Our role as human beings in this stage of the development of our species is to come to understand our relationship with the interactive nature of the universe; and to come to understand our relationship with the higher self (the true self) so that the true self can express itself through our lives.

When these recurring patterns of drama and adversity show up in our life, the universe is trying to show us something, and we have an opportunity to look at that something about ourselves. If we choose to ignore what the universe is trying to show us, the universe will continue to give us opportunities to look at it, and the patterns will continue to show up, until we decide to look at it and address it.

The first step to begin this is to take responsibility for our life by examining and acknowledging the root cause of what shows up in our life. We address the root cause by identifying and acknowledging the feelings, thoughts and beliefs deep within ourselves that are associated with whatever is showing up.

Once we have taken responsibility for our life by acknowledging that these things are part of our consciousness, we can choose whether we want to have these things in our life or not. We could in fact decide that these things no longer serve the kind of life we choose to have, and make a choice to let them go.

Once we have released these feelings, thoughts and beliefs, they no longer need to show up in our life for us to see. They simply stop showing up! As we work through these patterns and release them, our life begins to calm down and we have fewer demonstrations of drama showing up.

The Wholistic Transformation method is the culmination of over twenty five years of research and study of a wide variety of subjects and resources ranging from Eastern Philosophy, traditional and esoteric metaphysical teachings and ancient literature in combination with more recent information being conveyed from higher realms to assist in the transitions of these times.

It is a safe, simple, and effective approach to producing changes in one’s life through addressing, clearing and discarding the negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs that cause negative patterns in one’s experience of life. So that the past will stop affecting the present, the drama can disappear, the internal conflicts and other negative energies that have held us back for so long can be cleared away. So that we can all create the quality of life we wish to have.
