I realize that the subject material and principles I have been discussing may seem foreign, these principles have not been discussed much in the public view. Let me try to boil this down to what’s important and why it’s important, and how this relates to how life is experienced. I have described the scenario that during the first few years of childhood (and occasionally, in a similar manner, experiences of past lives) each person has experiences that form patterns of emotions, perceptions and beliefs. These patterns are stored in the subconscious energy field. These patterns are the components that are the basic building blocks that shape the experience the person has. This is why the principles of these patterns are important.
If the patterns a person establishes during
the formation period are healthy, supportive, and work well with the world,
things are pretty much ok, and that person’s life will work well. But, on the
other hand, if those patterns are, shall we say, counter productive, or
otherwise not beneficial, that person’s life will have experiences that
correspond to those patterns.
So this is the root cause of an essentially
infinite variety of unwelcome forms of experience often called “issues,” that range from mind chatter, negative self
talk, low self esteem, self sabotage, procrastination, emotional triggers and
reactions, anxiety, depression, phobias, as well as the gamut of more serious
“issues”.
These patterns have been referred to over
the years by a variety of labels and descriptions, such as “wounded inner
child,” “limiting or negative belief systems,” extensive lists of diagnoses and
various labels in traditional psychology, to more recently it has become
popular to call these unwanted patterns “shadow self,” and in some spiritual
materials as “those things which are no longer needed, or no longer serves
one’s highest good.” In my opinion these are many different ways that have
attempted to describe and label, what I consider to be the same fundamental
phenomenon.
So, the point we are getting to is, by
utilizing conditions that address the components of these building blocks that
form the patterns, they can be dis-assembled, and will go away. It is not difficult to do if we use the understanding
of the principles involved in how the human system of consciousness works, and
how these patterns are formed.
First it is preferable to create a meditative
state, which allows access to work directly with the subconscious. Then, it works best to identify and
acknowledge the emotions, thought forms, and the beliefs (which are conclusions
that were drawn). The identifying and
acknowledging of the energies helps make it possible to release them. A choice
can then be made to release the energies.
To complete the clearing of the energies, we can use an energy clearing
method that seems appropriate. I like to use a light energy method, that uses
the violet light, or also called the violet flame, Which is a special spiritual
energy frequency that has the specific ability to remove old negative energies
and transmute them. After the old
energies have been cleared, it is recommended to choose new ideas to establish
as beliefs that are supportive of one’s highest good, to replace the old belies
that have been erased.
