A little something about unwanted “stuff”

 One of the main things that has driven me is to find something that actually works. I have tried many things over the years that seemed to provide little or no results, but occasionally I would find bits and pieces that were part of the puzzle, and have brought it together for a comprehensive method that works. And works well. I’m talking about having significant “issues” that just disappear.

The human experience can be rather complicated, and each person’s “stuff” is unique to them. But, I have found there are some basic principles that are common to all. Certain principles that are about how a person’s “stuff” is formed, is essentially the same process, regardless of what the unique content of the “stuff” is, the framework that holds it in place is the same. And, if we work with the principles that holds it together, we can “undo” it and it goes away. It’s actually like deleting an unwanted “program” from a computer. In fact I like to describe these “structures” I call them, as being like programs on your computer, and your computer is your subconscious, and if we create the right conditions we can delete the unwanted programs, almost as easily as deleting an unwanted program from a computer. The trick is to create the right conditions so that we can get to the “delete” button.

I don’t want to get too deep into complex concepts right now, but let’s just start with a few basic ideas. As humans, our experience of life as we know it is composed of three main parts; emotions, mind or perceptions, and beliefs. (and the physical of course) This makes for the eastern holistic model of body, mind, emotion and spirit.  So, to be effective in a Wholistic manner, each of these elements need to be addressed.

So anything that we would view as undesirable, that we have been calling “stuff” or unwanted issues, is composed of those elements of emotions (or feelings) perceptions, and beliefs, that have gotten stuck together in consciousness.  They dwell in the subconscious and show up in current life as reactions, depression, anxiety, getting buttons pushed, and basically all the “stuff” and endless varieties of issues.

Now, as I said, if we create the right conditions we can clear these things. We can think of the elements of emotion, perception and beliefs as being energies that have gotten stuck in our energy field. If we process the energies, they will release and dissipate. Basically if we identify them and acknowledge them it allows those energies to be processed in a healthy way, and they can then be released. 

The heart of the process I developed is a meditation that creates the conditions to process and release these stuck energies, allowing them to go away.
